Management’ is very interesting because it requires a wide range of skills. The world is not an ideal place with ideal behaviours, but here is what I have found to work fairly:
- COOPERATE by working from shared ideas and objectives
- NEGOTIATE to agree on how to leverage on those areas where there are differences, including moving on cordially
- LITIGATE when others are proven to be cheats, so that they may be deterred from repeating behaviours which de-value instead of nurture.
